The President's Award Elite is only awarded to select dealerships in the United States every year. To be eligible your dealership must also meet the President's Award criteria while also ranking among the top tier of President's Award recipients in new-vehicle sales. This is Honda's highest dealership honor and is presented annually only to the most elite dealerships that consistently demonstrate excellence throughout all areas of their operations, including customer satisfaction, service, and sales.

This prestigious award is given to Honda dealerships with Finance Departments that provide outstanding financial services to their customers. Honda Financial Services chooses only the top 15 percent of Honda dealerships nationwide, which means the award is truly reserved for the best of the best.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AWARD: 9 TIMES

The Honda Customer Service Experience (CSE) Award is a prestigious award given to dealerships that meet or exceed an overall customer service score of 91%, providing the highest level of service to their customers.

The Fixed First Visit Award demonstrates a dealership's achievements in service. Honda recognizes dealers who excel in customer satisfaction and retention by working hard and demonstrating their dedication to getting it right the first time.
